The Hampshire based Blue Lap Trust is claiming that they could help save hundreds of pounds a year in individual fuel bills. The trust - which is a joint partnership between Hampshire Fire and Rescue and the Police, was set up to promote safety in the community. Their eco-driving scheme is aimed at individuals and businesses based in Hampshire. BBC Radio Solent's reporter Neil Sackley took the course, which starts from Eastleigh. His instructor was David Watkins.
