As a video of a child urinating in the streets of Hong Kong goes viral on Chinese social media, we find out how the huge reaction reveals cultural tensions between Hong Kong and mainland China. A social media campaign under the hashtag protested a new bill proposed by the government of President Enrique Pena Nieto, which seeks further controls over online activity.
