Tony Benn: Birmingham and the Black Country remembers

Pete Morgan

Available for over a year

Pete Morgan talked about the passing of veteran British Labour Party politician Tony Benn at the age of 88. He was an MP for 50 years, which was only possible because of a change in the law which allowed him to renounce his hereditary peerage. Pete spoke to Erdington Labour MP Jack Dromey, Jenny Maxwell from CND, chief executive of the Ramadhan Foundation, Mohammed Shafiq, as well as people in Birmingham and the Black Country for their thoughts on the passing of Tony Benn.
