The Great British Sewing Bee is back on BBC Two. One of the contestants in the new series is Chinelo, a British-Nigerian aspiring fashion designer who describes her non pattern cutting approach to sewing as a 'craft that is generally not recognised in the Western world'. In this extract, the BBC's Anisa Indawala speaks to a Kenyan couple, Carol and Albert Odame from Cheltenham, to find out more about the freehand cutting technique.
