After booking a comedian who made jokes about the Polish, Muslims and Somalis for their party conference, Telegraph Columnist Dan Hodges tells JVS UKIP has become the UK's racist party. Dr Howard Koch is chairman of the Hemel branch of UKIP and he says the party is not racist.
