Young people who care passionately about their future are taking matters into their own hands in the West Midlands. Sandwell Council is proposing to cut just over half the youth service budget. It's feared this could disadvantage black and minority ethnic communities who make up 45% of the young people in the area. In this extract, 17 year old Karim Mohammed, Chair of the West Bromwich youth council, speaks to the BBC's Joe Aldred and Nikki Tapper about the impact of cuts.
