Birmingham youth centre facing closure

Sunday night with Nikki Tapper

Available for over a year

A Birmingham youth worker is worried that young people will end up in jail if a local community centre closes. Simon Campbell fears that the Malcolm Locker Community centre in Erdington will be the latest casualty of government cuts. A consultation process is now underway to decide the future of the centre. In this extract, the BBC's Nikki Tapper and Joe Aldred speak to the concerned youth worker, with response from Birmingham City Council's Penny Holbrook.
