David Cameron declared earlier this week that "money was no object" when it came to helping the communities in the aftermath of the floods. But at the latest public meeting to be held six weeks after the Christmas floods in Kent, the feeling is in terms of flood PROTECTION, it's a completely different matter - money definitely IS an object. BBC Radio Kent's Clare Tiptaft was at the Environment Agency's meeting in East Peckham on Wednesday night.
