New Hindu temple in Northampton

An Open Forum has been hosted at Northampton College by the Indian Hindu Welfare Organisation. The event was an opportunity for the local Hindu community and guests to get an update on how the scheme has progressed since its launch in 2008, and find out more about the new Hindu Temple and the Community Centre which will be open to the wider community. The event was attended by MPs and councillors, including MP for Leicester East and Chairman of the Home Affairs Select Committee, Keith Vaz and Northampton North MP, Michael Ellis.
