On a train through Egypt, Edward Lewis meets some of those who are loyal to the new government, and in particular, its leader Abdel Fatah al-Sissi. In Belize, Georgina Kenyon is served gibut, the tropical nation's 'royal rat'. As its jungle habitat continues to be threatened, she considers the relationship between Belize's 320,000 inhabitants and their natural resources.
