The school clerk who stopped a massacre. When a disturbed young man burst into an elementary school last August armed with an assault rifle, it seemed as though yet another tragic massacre was about to take place. But the school clerk, Antoinette Tuff, calmly talked to the gunman for over an hour, eventually persuading him to surrender. She's been hailed as a national hero. John Dolan is a street artist in the east end of London who spent 20 years going in and out of prison. He explains how a dog helped him turn his life around and started drawing again. Now his work is being sold all over the world. Terri Hooley has run the Good Vibrations music shop in Northern Ireland for over 40 years, and during the 1970s and '80s it became a haven for young people wanting to escape the violence between the Protestant and Catholic communities.
