Serbia Formally Starts the Process of Joining the EU

Serbia's Prime Minister was in Brussels today to kick off official negotiations. Also, we look to Thailand where the government has declared a state of emergency in Bangkok. And, Jamaica will be sending a bobsleigh team to the Sochi Olympics - the Caribbean nation has not competed in the sport since 2012. Getting to Sochi will be expensive and they are getting the money through crowdfunding.
