Leicestershire's Christmas Jumpers

Jonathan Lampon

Available for over a year

There's lots of things associated with Christmas....food....family....gifts and general merriment! But have you noticed that the decorative christmas jumpers are also making a comeback?.... What do you mean they've never been away?! Well one firm in Leicester has also returned from the dead, not only sporting one of those whacky winter warmers, but manufacturing them too! Syston based 'The Sweater Shop' had factories across Leicestershire before being sold 17 years ago. But after years out in the cold, they're back and this time they're simply called 'Sweater Shop'. They're now operating from a factory in Thurmaston and Ben de Zille Butler, their operations director, joined Jonathan Lampon to talk about recent sales.
