Ken Livingstone: Mandela "an incredibly great person"

Nelson Mandela "demonstrated race doesn't have to be divisive", former London Mayor Ken Livingstone has said. Mr Livingstone campaigned for a statue of Mr Mandela which was unveiled in London's Parliament Square in 2007.
