Metrolink says it is investigating why services were disrupted this morning despite running ice-breaker trams overnight. The system is supposed to keep tram lines operational in cold weather. But the Rochdale to Oldham Mumps section of the network had to be suspended during rush hour today. The director of Metrolink is Peter Cushing - he spoke to BBC Radio Manchester's Sam Walker
