It's Halloween tomorrow and let's face it, you don't need a calendar to tell you that, you tell by the number of pumpkins kicking about the place. Now when it comes to pumpkins one or two is probably enough, but for Phil Bendall, one of the directors of Twin Lakes farm park near Melton that wouldn't be nearly enough as I found out this morning.
