Luton is a town that's often suffered from bad press. Racial tensions and tough economic times have at times given it an image problem. Author Sarfraz Manzoor has returned to the town where he grew up for a BBC Inside Out programme. He sets out to find out if Luton's overcome the problems that made him leave when he was 18.
