Madoff aides go on trial

Aides and former employees of Bernie Madoff have gone on trial in New York. We speak to former US state and federal prosecutor Jacob S. Frenkel. The European Parliament in Strasbourg has voted through a raft of anti-smoking measures, including a ban on menthol cigarettes. But will they make it into legislation?
