The Daily Mail - a national tabloid newspaper in the UK has written an article about Ralph Milliband - the father of the Labour Leader Ed Milliband. The article's headline: "The Man who hated Britain". The Labour leader said he was "appalled" that after offering him a right of reply, the paper had repeated its original article and "described my father's legacy as evil." Should children be blamed or labelled for the sins of their fathers?
