Charley Parish

Ever since I was a child I've been intrigued by Charley. Now Charley isn't a person, but a place. In fact it's one of, if not the smallest parish in Leicestershire. What makes it different from other parish councils is the fast that apart from it's size, there's no village centre. In fact there's no village, but there is lots of history as I found out this morning.
