Hundreds of people have been killed and many more injured in clashes between state authorities and supporters of the ousted president Mohammed Morsi in Egypt. A month-long state of emergency has now been declared. And with banks, the stock exchange, and businesses closing, what impact is the latest violence having on the country's economy? US authorities have charged two JP Morgan Chase traders with fraud in connection to the $6.2bn "London whale" trading losses.
