Iraq and Syria: Is This Becoming a Regional War?
World Have Your SayAvailable for over a year
Iraq has been shaken by its worst wave of violence in the last five years. The United Nations has warned that the sectarian bloodshed in Iraq and the civil war in neighbouring Syria are merging into one conflict. Iraq Body Count says 722 civilians have been killed in Iraq so far this month. On Sunday hundreds of prisoners, including senior members of al-Qaeda escaped after gunmen stormed two jails near Baghdad. Twenty were killed in the jailbreak. At 10:30 GMT we will speak to Iraqi civilians and experts on the region. What comment or question would you like to ask them?
