When Andrew Harding was last in Burma - also known as Mynmar - in May 2008, he got deported after military intelligence became aware of his presence. As a blacklisted foreign correspondent he was summarily ejected. But since then, the country's governance has changed tack, and he's recently been back to Rangoon and the Shan mountains. From the increasingly crowded city streets to growing tourism, he now sees a very different picture. In rural El Salvador, Nina Lakhani hears from teenage mothers-to-be in rural Tacachico, about why they don't see having children so young as anything unusual - and why they are content to be pregnant.
