US National Security Chief General Alexander has said massive surveillance programmes recently revealed by ex-intelligence worker Edward Snowden had disrupted dozens of major terror plots. However leaders across Europe have expressed their concerns over the scale of the programmes, and their citizen’s rights to privacy. Do you believe General Alexander is right?
