A do-it-yourself DVD has been launched to help families in Berkshire with how to best care for those recovering from serious illness. The Royal Berkshire Hospital Intensive Care Unit cares for critically ill patients, and has a support group set up 18 months ago for ex patients to share experiences. Rhona Small was one of them, and told BBC Radio Berkshire's Louise Chandler how she came to rely on the service.
