Reporting from Azerbaijan, Ed Butler looks at how the country's oil boom has assisted and hindered the country's economic progress. He speaks to Ian Sutherland, Chief Financial Officer for BP's Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey operations. Also in the programme - an interview with one of the richest private individuals in Azerbaijan, Ibrahim Ibrahimov, who intends to build an entire city on man-made islands. And Ed talks to one of his critics, independent political scientist Leila Alieva. He also speaks to Elman Abdullah, a government spokesman who is trying to promote Azerbaijan as a country with more than just oil and gas.
