5 live's Andy Verity speaks to SSE corporate affairs director Alan Young who reassures customers they will be compensated for the mis-selling of gas and electric after receiving the largest ever fine of £10.5m from Ofgem. The energy supplier promised the fine wouldn't be passed on to customers and blamed management failures for "prolonged and extensive" mis-selling.
