Tackling economic difficulties in Spain and Slovenia

There's a warning from the European Commission that both Spain and Slovenia are experiencing excessive economic difficulties which need to be tackled urgently. And in an interview with the BBC, the boss of the world's biggest computer maker HP has admitted it "overpaid" when it bought a software company called Autonomy.
