Is Iraq a better place than it was 10 years ago? It’s a decade since the US-led invasion of the country that led to the toppling of Saddam Hussein. Tony Blair, UK Prime Minister at the time, has said Iraqis would eventually have rebelled against Saddam and left the country “a lot worse than Syria.” Is he right?
