The French island of Corsica is surrounded by blue sky and seas, making it attractive to tourists. But while tourism is booming, so is the murder count. Tom Esslemont tries to find out why. James Harkin has built up a number of contacts - even friends - on his travels. He laments over the recent death of a young engineer who simultaneously handed out medicine to the needy, while building rockets to fire at the Syrian army.
