A Rangers' Scottish league exit "long and difficult process"

Rangers' chief executive Charles Green has said he'll advise the club's board to leave Scottish football, if plans to restructure of the leagues are pushed through. However, former Rangers director of Football Gordon Smith says this will be a difficult and potentially impossible process.
