Grimms' Fairy Tales

The Strand

Available for over a year

The second largest cultural festival in the world takes place in Madras from mid December to mid January. The Chennai Music Season started in 1927 and is going from strength to strength. On the 200th Anniversary of the first publication of Fairy Tales by the Brothers Grimm, we take a look at the many ways in which they’ve been adapted over the years. The American urbanist and architect Robert Geddes talks about his vision for society and contemporary life - that design should be fit for purpose, fit for place, and fit for future possibilities.
