Guernsey's Chief Minister sets out plans for major tax review.

Guernsey's Chief Minister, is ruling nothing out in a radical review of the island's tax structure. The aim of the review is to come up with a fairer system and Deputy Peter Harwood says an end to the 20% flat rate for income tax and a general sales tax are possible outcomes.
