Raised voices, slamming doors, stereo's turned up to full volume - sound familiar in your house? The Talk2sort mediation service is working with young people and families experiencing difficulties at home, and it's all funded by the BBC's Children in Need appeal. Jade is just sixteen years old and has been attending sessions that take place at The Bridge in Loughborough, with her Mum, for the past couple of months. She's been speaking to BBC Radio Leicester's Kristina Hrywnak.
