If you wanted to sum up all that is great about the countryside in Leicestershire and Rutland you could do worse than go down to Melton Market on a Tuesday. It sells everything from a sheep to a wind-up record player via ducks, chickens, piccalilli, cows, bacon sarnies, logs, knives and forks and game, which is what BBC Radio Leicester's Ben Jackson went along to have a look at with one of our Food Friday cooks and market regular, Hazel Paterson.
