Autumn is traditionally the time for mushroom collecting, but frankly who has the time or the confidence to go on the hunt for a handful of chanterelles? The solution would be to try one of the more exotic mushrooms now available in the shops... many of which come from Leicestershire, near Ashby in fact. BBC Radio Leicester's Ben Jackson headed out to meet our local mushroom farmer.
