It pays to be a student for removals service founder

On the Money

Available for over a year

Being a student is often the chance to gain valuable business skills and experience for the world of work. But in 2011, 25% of 21-year-old graduates were unemployed. With youth unemployment still topping 1 million and the competition for jobs fiercer than ever, is it worth setting up a new business as a student instead? Maureen Bennett set up Student Easy Move, a removals service run for students by students. Her business is going strong and she wants to expand. Katie Prescott went to Coventry to meet her and some other aspiring student entrepreneurs.
