We began discussing the shooting of the 14-year-old Pakistani campaigner on our 1100GMT programme. We're going to bring together a group of Pakistani women in different parts of the country to reflect some of the conversation about the attack. While there's been much outrage in Pakistan's media, are Pakistanis themselves doing enough to protect the rights of women and girls?
