Journalist Rowan Pelling is a chronic procrastinator. In Helping Hamlet: Can Science Cure Procrastination? Rowan attempts to understand a condition which experts estimate affects 20 percent of the world's population. But over the course of the programme she is also trying to tackle her own difficulties with facing emails, work, and her four-year late tax bill. She undertakes a session with writer and psychoanalyst Susie Orbach to reveal the root causes of her procrastination.
