On August 8th, 1963, a gang of thieves held up a Royal Mail train bound from Glasgow to London They stole over £2 million. Most of the Great Train robbers ended up behind bars, but most of the money has never been recovered. Presented and produced by Chloe Hadjimatheou. First broadcast on the BBC World Service in August 2012.
