New words for rain: BH tries to broaden the language of weather forecasting

When Broadcasting House asked listeners to broaden the language of British weather forecasting to give us a few more words for rain in this soggiest and sorriest of Junes, new words came luttering and plothering in. Armed with the best words, Kevin Connolly set off for the Met Office training centre to see if he could persuade the weather forecasters of the future to see things our way.
