In 1971, the New York Times published one of the most important leaks in US history - 7000 pages of top-secret Defence Department documents known as the Pentagon Papers. The Papers were leaked by a Pentagon analyst called Daniel Ellsberg in an attempt to end the Vietnam War. He tells his story to Witness.
