Dispatches from Lorraine Mallinder in Canada and Alexa Dvorson in Poland, presented by Pascale Harter. A group from Quebec walked hundreds of kilometres from their homes to Montreal to protest against provincial government plans to open the north to mining and energy companies. Lorraine Mallinder joined them on their trip. The Arab Spring has brought changes to a number of countries. But Alexa Dvorson meets a hero from a past revolution- Poland's first elected president Lech Walesa.
