At a burns unit in Multan, Pakistan, Orla Guerin speaks to woman who have been disfigured through acid attacks by their male relatives. They are in pain- both physically and emotionally. Paul Howard makes the gruelling trip to visit Zanskar in the Indian Himalayas. The area is isolated for most of the year due to the snow, but a new road may change that.
