Pascale Harter presents stories from Hasit Shah in Afghanistan and Jon Donnison in Libya. The Shomali Plain in Afghanistan used to produce fruit and vegetables for as far away as India, but years of conflict hindered that. Now the region is busy again, but struggling to export in the way it did previously. Hasit Shah reports. The Libyan sprinter Mohamed Khawaja is hoping to fly the flag for his country at the London Olympics this summer. Jon Donnison went to meet him for a training session.
