Beth DeCaprio of the Grace Foundation in California, who saved a small puppy that could fit on a spoon, talks to Tony Livesey. The dog, Beyonce, a Dachshund mix, was given mouth-to-mouth by Beth after its birth and is being put forward to the Guiness World Records as the smallest dog in the world. Now at two weeks old, Beyonce is about the size of a smart phone.
