Football returns to Egypt

World Football

Available for over a year

We report from Cairo as the football league resumes - despite serious concerns over security. The league was suspended for two and a half months as Egypt was gripped by the revolution which led to the downfall of former President Hosni Mubarak. We'll be finding out more about Terek Grozny. The team from the Chechen Republic - now coached by Ruud Gullit and backed by a President accused of human rights abuses. Plus, it's gone El Clasico crazy in Spain - as bitter rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona prepare for four games against each other in just 18 days. Who will come out on top? And it's an important year for women's football - with the World Cup taking place in Germany in June - we're at the launch of a new Super League in England. Presented by Alan Green.
