Michelle Bachelet, Former President of Chile and Head of UN Women

Michelle Bachelet is used to carving her way as a woman. First as a victim of the Pinochet military regime in Chile, then as a doctor, a government minister and ultimately the President of her country. Now she says she wants to bring all that experience to bear as the head of the new United Nations body, UN Women.
