Since joining Ford from aircraft make Boeing in 2006 he’s been steering Ford on a course of ‘continuous improvement’. And he tells Peter Day how Ford is turning around a 17 billion dollar earnings loss. He also reveals how he introduced the One Ford ideals and how the company is introducing the world’s first ‘global’ car (which is being launched in Paris).
