He visits 165 University Avenue, a building famous as the original home of companies like Google, Paypal and Logitech. He talks to the landlord Saeed Amidi about this "lucky building" and his new venture Plug and Play - a suite of offices for start-ups with added extras such as events where venture capitalists and start ups can meet.
